Well we had a great time in Cades Cove during the past week! Every year, my family camps for a week in Cades Cove - part of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. It's a great place to do both nature photography, and serve as a background for beautiful family portraits.This picture is of my two girls, Mackenzie and Makayla, enjoying their Poppa Byrd's hammock. The week was spent catching up on some R&R, as well as doing some family portraits. While it's nice to be back amongst civilization, I can't help but to also look forward to next years trip!
